> **Given** the `system-config.json` has been created with a property "synapse-engine", **When** the user modifies subproperties and configures the system to the specifc project needs, **Then** the engine

> 2. Adjust the system to the artifacts, classification guidelines with artifact identifier and extensions
> 3. Creates a default behavior instruction file if no **system-config** has been added to the project
